What we collect
When you tap a WhatsApp or call button on this site, we record that a click happened: the page it happened on, which button it was, the country your request came from, and whether you were on a phone or a computer. That is all.
We do not store your IP address, your browser string, your name or your number. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no cookie set by us. We sell nothing and pass your details to no one. Two kinds of request do go from your browser to other companies: map tiles from OpenStreetMap on the location and underpass pages, and WhatsApp when you tap a WhatsApp button. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which receives every request as any web host does, and the click counts described above are kept in a Cloudflare database.
What happens after you tap
The button hands you to WhatsApp or your phone dialler. A WhatsApp button opens a chat with a pre-filled message that ends with the name of the page you were on. From that point WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to the conversation, not ours. Anything you choose to send Muhammad Hasnain — your name, your budget, photographs of documents — is held in that chat.
Why we count clicks at all
So that “how many people got in touch this month” is a number rather than a feeling. It is not used to profile anyone, and it cannot be, because nothing in it identifies a person.
Fonts and maps
Typefaces are served from this site’s own server, so no request goes to Google Fonts. The street maps on the location and underpass pages load map tiles from OpenStreetMap’s servers, so your browser sends those servers a request, including your IP address; OpenStreetMap’s privacy policy applies to it.
Deletion and questions
Message Muhammad Hasnain on 0300 0126302 and anything relating to you will be removed. Since we hold no identifying data, in practice this means the WhatsApp conversation itself.
