The coordinates

The Environmental Impact Assessment filed for the joint venture puts the site at 33°41′46.00″N, 73°10′40.58″E. In decimal terms that is 33.69611, 73.17794 — which you can paste straight into any maps app. We prefer to give you the EIA’s figure rather than a pin someone dropped on a dealer’s brochure.

What it is near

The Zone IV corridor along Jinnah Avenue is the same belt that holds Bahria Enclave, Park View City and Park Enclave, with Chak Shahzad and Bani Gala close by. If you know Bahria Enclave, you already know the approach roads, the traffic and the direction the city is growing.

Anyone who has sat on Park Road at half past five will apply their own discount to these. The honest version is that Margalla Enclave is genuinely well positioned for Zone IV — and that Zone IV traffic is Zone IV traffic.

The Park Road link

The official site describes the Park Road link as “nearing completion”. The CDA had targeted 30 July 2026 for opening the associated underpass, and that target was missed; we found no published revised date. This matters more than it sounds: access is the difference between a plot you can reach and a plot you can only point at, and it is the single infrastructure dependency most worth tracking before you commit.
