Why an absence of news is not a cancellation
DHA has moved dates on this project before:
- 2nd round applications — extended from 3 November to 10 November 2025.
- A payment deadline — extended to 9 January 2026, “on the request of our worthy members”.
So a quiet week after a closing date is ordinary rather than alarming. What it does mean is that any specific draw date you are told right now is not coming from DHA, because DHA has not published one. If a dealer gives you a date, ask them to show you where it is written. That question ends most of these conversations.
How you will actually find out
Clause 5 of the form is explicit. Results are communicated three ways: by email to the address you wrote on the form, by upload to the official DHA website, and by hard copy posted to your address. Then it adds the sentence that catches people:
Once the email on the given address is generated, it shall be deemed as dispatched and received by the applicant and the Management shall not be held responsible for non-receipt of communication due to incorrect details or technical issues.
A typo in your email address is therefore your problem, and the 30-day payment clock in clause 7 runs from the ballot date regardless of whether you saw the message. If you have applied, check the spam folder of the exact address you wrote on the form, and check the portal directly rather than waiting to be told.
The expensive mistake. The clock starts at the ballot, not at the moment you find out. If you win and do not pay within the window, clause 7 cancels the allotment automatically and the processing fee is forfeited. If you have applied, have the down payment ready before the draw, not after it.

What to do while it is quiet
- Check the portal yourself, not a dealer’s screenshot. margallaenclave.dhai-r.com.pk.
- Confirm your contact details against what you wrote on the form.
- Arrange the down payment now. Pay order, demand draft, KUICKPAY or an Askari Bank counter — all of which take time you may not have later.
- Decide your plan before you win. Clause 7 says the payment plan, once selected, can never be changed.
- Do not buy a “confirmed” ballot outcome from anybody. There is no such thing. Allotment is by computerised ballot under clause 4.
