Blocks ME-1 and ME-4 hold the 5 and 10 Marla plots. ME-2 and ME-3 are Kanal blocks. The Lake District is Kanal plots around a lake that has not been built. Only ME-2 has seen possession delivered, and only on selected streets.
ME-1
5 & 10 Marla residential, plus commercial
The small-plot block. If you are buying a 5 Marla to build on rather than to flip, this and ME-4 are the two blocks that contain them.
ME-2
1 Kanal residential, plus commercial
The most developed block. First possession was handed over on selected ME-2 streets on 21 May 2026 — the only part of the scheme where possession has actually been delivered.
ME-3
1 Kanal residential, plus commercial
Kanal block still at the development stage. Priced against ME-2 but without ME-2's possession record — the discount you see is that difference.
ME-4
5 & 10 Marla residential, plus commercial
The second small-plot block. Read it alongside ME-1: same sizes, different position in the masterplan.
Lake District
1 Kanal residential around a planned lake, commercial and recreation
The premium address on paper. The lake is planned, not built — price it as a promise until you have seen water.

What DHA has not published
Read this before any block page, ours included. We could not find a DHA source giving plot counts per block, prices per block, or a development schedule per block. The published price schedule is by size and payment plan only — it does not vary by block on paper.
So when a site tells you what an ME-3 plot costs or how many plots ME-1 contains, ask where the figure came from. On our block pages you will find what is established and an explicit gap where a number should be. That is less satisfying and considerably more useful.
What actually differs between blocks in practice
- Possession. ME-2, selected streets, since 21 May 2026. Nowhere else.
- Plot size. ME-1 and ME-4 are 5 and 10 Marla; ME-2, ME-3 and the Lake District are Kanal.
- Category premium. Corner, boulevard and park-facing plots carry up to 15% under clause 13 — which is a street-level variable, not a block-level one.
- Resale premium. Set by the market, not by DHA, and it moves. Check any quoted premium against three independent dealers and one completed transfer.

Which block, honestly?
It depends on whether you are building or holding, and on when you need to be on the plot. Say which and get a straight steer.
